The trademark pink walls of Rasa provide a unique setting and serene atmosphere for guests, many of which are repeat customers. You’ll find them in Unit 55, on the top level of the Boxpark in Shoreditch, the World’s first pop-up mall next to Shoreditch High Street serving delicious vegan food in a bowl. Chill and relax at Cook Daily, with imaginative vegan food prepared by the innovative chef appropriately named KingCookDaily. Choose from a vibrant selection of rice bowls and noodle dishes all 100% vegan, perfect to grab on the go at lunch time or savour on the way home in the evening. It’s no secret that JME and Skepta are fans!

Culture, art and delicious vegan and vegetarian food all go hand in hand at The Gallery Café situated in St Margaret’s House, a community-based charity and home to many voluntary organisations and charities. The popular Gallery Café offers a quaint and cosy sanctuary in the winter but really comes into its own during the summer months with it suntrap garden where you can relax and enjoy vegan food all made in-house and locally sourced. With live music nights, cinema screenings and art exhibitions, there’s always a good excuse to get to the Gallery Café (not that you need one!).

Black Cat is a ‘100% vegan, not for profit café and shop in Hackney, London’, co-operatively run by volunteers who aim to promote an ethical lifestyle. Bohemian styled with tasty and fairly priced food you can’t go wrong, and there’s free wifi. They don’t have a standard menu as such but there is always a selection of soup, pie, burger, jacket potato and a chef’s plate (only £7.00) available on weekdays and a pizza night every Thursday. If you’re in Shoreditch at the weekend and looking for something to fill up on then the Black Cat vegan fry up breakfast is a must and served until 4pm.

 

These fantastic places to eat in Shoreditch all have something different to offer, but just go to prove that a vegan diet doesn’t mean you have to miss out on your favourite food!
