Feel like shakin’ your butt all night to the hits of Beyonce only or getting rowdy and singing at the top of your voice to Craig David? Then get down to The Macbeth in March as they host a series of themed artist nights, dedicated to the Kings and Queens of sing-along bangers, R. Kelly (Fri 4th), Beyonce (Sat 5th), Craig David (Fri 18th) and Sean Paul (Thurs 24th). The nights will be interspersed with the artist’s best collaborators and similar singers on the scene. Guaranteed to be massive nights!

YAAAAAAAS, our favourite weekend street food joint is reopening on the 5th March after their break over the holiday period. Urban Food Fest is back with their weekly pop-ups of the most delicious food, drinks and deserts, from established chefs to new start-ups! Their opening theme will be ‘Hippy Hipsters’ so expect PLENTY of Instagrammable food. Plus, it’s literally 5 minutes down the road, bonus!

Think you know how to party? Pfft, try partying with the Irish, they’ll show you how it’s done! The St. Patrick’s Day Parade at Trafalgar Square on the 13th March is not one to miss, the day features THE MOST amount of green you’ll probably ever see, alongside dancing, singing, Irish food and of course, drinking a tasty glass of Guinness… or three. Don’t forget to wear green to truly fit in with the festivities!

Sweet Art are back with their third exhibition in aid of International Women’s Day from the 5th – 9th March, bringing their challenging, fun and interactive works to the Hoxton Arches Gallery in Shoreditch. The work explores themes of femininity, feminine identity and gender exploration in line with Women’s Day. The days will also feature exciting films, workshops, freebies and surprises. Now who’s hungry for a vagina cupcake?

 

Boxpark’s Easter Themed Chocolate Workshop

Boxpark and the Cocoa Den are getting down and dirty with the brown stuff in this interactive workshop on the 23rd March. You’ll get to taste test and compare flavours, textures and quality of chocolate from all over the world. Then, the best bit, you get to make your own mini egg truffles AND decorate and personalise your own Easter egg, which you can give to a loved one or scoff yourself! Tickets are £25 but be quick, this looks set to sell out!
